Standing Alternating Shoulder Scaption

Primary Muscles Trained:  Deltoids
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your back straight.
2. Holding a dumbbell in each hand engage your stomach muscles to ensure you are not arching your back.
3. Keeping your arm straight with your thumb pointed toward the ceiling, raise it at a 45 degree angle out from your shoulder to eye-level.
4. Slowly return your arm to the starting position and complete the movement with your other arm.
