Primary Muscles Trained:  Anterior Deltoids
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Deltoids
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Keeping your upper arm snug to the side of your body and your elbow bent at a 90 degree angle, pull the cable across your stomach, rotating your shoulder in.
3. Slowly return the cable to the starting position.
