Calories Burned:  136 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
 1) Sit in chair with with legs straight out.
 2) Wrap band around feet and hold so that arms are straight out
      to begin with.
 3) Pull arms straight back along sides, and pinch shoulder blades
     together.
 4) Return to start position and repeat 12 times.
