Primary Muscles Trained:  Pectorals
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Triceps, Deltoids
Start with your hands on a Swiss ball, a few inches apart, your feet on the floor, your arms straight, and your back flat. Slowly lower your chest to the ball, then push back up. Expect your arms to shake, and use your core muscles to keep your torso in the right position.
