Oh I think a no hips or buns is a risk you take if you teach fitness for a living, and I'm sure you have to do a lot more than was shown in this video to slim down that much. At least she doesn't have the look and personality of a robo cop! She's likeable a rare quality indeed!

I absolutely love this Matt workout...I lost 1/2inch around my bi-cep alone in 1 month! It kicks my butt...gives me toned muscles and doesn't wreak havoc on my joints.

I'm really not a fan of non-existent butt and thighs, so I will skip anything you she has to offer. Good luck everyone!
