Calories Burned:  463 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Walk on a treadmill at a 10% incline.

I walk at number 4 incline at 5 kph for one hour twice a day is this enough for me to loose weight the treadmill says i burn 320 calories each time is this ok for me

this was my first time listening to a trainer. she told me to make sure to click weight loss on the machine and it the incline went all the way up to 10%. I felt the burn. I will return and do this for at least 3 days a week to see a difference in a few weeks. I will also do 2-3 days strength training.
