Calories Burned:  594 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
-Start 2 min walk at 0% incline 3.5 Speed
-Increase incline to 21% and keep 3.5 speed 3 minutes
-Decrease incline to -3% and increase speed to 6.5 for 3 minutes.
-Increase incline to 21% and decrease speed to 3.5 for 3 minutes.
-Decrease incline to -3% and increase speed to 6.5 for 3 minutes.
