Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
1. Stand upright and step forward, allowing your back leg to come to a 90 degree angle.
2. Pause..
3. Return to upright position and repeat with other leg.
4. Continue this motion for 5-10 reps per leg.
