Yoga Level 1: Wall Inversion Legs Together

Calories Burned:  204 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

Sit with the one side of your body close to a wall.

Lie down on your other side and roll to your back as you pivot your hips around so that your bottom faces the wall. Extend your legs up the wall.

Your legs are straight up the wall. If needed, your knees can be slightly bent.

Flex your feet and bring the little toes back toward you as much as you bring the big toe.

Lengthen through the backs of the legs.

Remain in this position up to 1 -3 minutes.
