Yoga Level 2: Four Limbed Staff Pose

Calories Burned:  238 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Begin on all fours with your knees and feet hip distance apart. Your hands are directly under your shoulders.

Step back into Plank Pose.

Your knees can be on the floor if a full Plank is hard to maintain.

Your arms are straight and your fingers are spread with the middle finger pointing forward.

Your body is one long line from ear to ankle.

Inhale: Engage your abs and draw your shoulder blades down your back.

Exhale: Bend your elbows straight back along the sides of your body. 

Lower your body in one long line until your upper arms are parallel to the floor.

Hold 1 to 3 breaths.
