- ski lunge
- alternating squat kick

- chest press
- reverse fly
- alternating press

- wide row
- renegades (alternating row)
- dumbell pull over (laying down, over head)

- close grip hammer curl (both arms)
- straight arm kick back
- arnold press

- straight leg crunch (legs flat, dumbell above chest, cruch)
- legs up cruch (dumbell above chest)
- tall sit up with dumbell

- reverse crunch
- tummy tuck
- single leg jackknife

- sumo cruches
- windsheild wipers
- side plank pulses
