Calories Burned:  467 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
I have aqua jogger shoes and dumb bells both made of styrofoam. I jog in the water and swim with the dumbells for 20 minutes. Then I lift weights while jogging in the water. Both the aqua jogger shoes and the dumb bells create resistance thereby burning calories and toning muscle. I continue with this for 15 minutes for a total of 35 minutes.

Anyone have any idea how many calories are burned by doing toneing with water dumbells while in the pool for 35 minutes?
