Calories Burned:  433 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
First15 minutes @3 with incline being put up by one every minute until 8 is reached.  Then decrease incline by 1 every minute until 0. next 15 minutes @ 3.5.  next 15 minutes @ 4.  Last 15 minutes cool down to 0.
