    Well so far today I have done ok.....but after work I did pick something up.  Subway. I got my 6" Italian BMT with PepperJack and veggies and sadly Mrs. Vicks Jalapeno Chips. But got Iced Tea instead of soda. It might be hard tonight though.

    I am finding it particularly difficult during the winter months. I don't feel like walking or going to the gym! I'm back to my old habit of munching on food all night. I know what I need to do to get back on the program, but I just can't seem to kick start myself.
