Description:
The diet today is based on working out. This day requires 152g Protein or as close as I can get to it. Using 2 scoops of Advanced Whey Protein Power only provides 1/3 of the Protein needed. So I get the other2/3 from food. My daily fiber was suffering so I added dry roasted peanuts as a snack substitue. I can eat shells to add a liitle extra fiber. I like them, but like any beans they don't like me. This diet is still low fat but peanut fat has been considered good with no cholesterol. My protein sources mainly from Chicken & Shrimp substituted by egg, peanuts, powder.
