    I am starting week 2 with a good attitude.  I have lost a little bit of weight.  So good compared to 48 months of constant gaining.  That was encouraging.  But this morning I am still struggling with fluctuating energy levels.   • Lost 12.2 lbs.  This leave 27.8 or 22.8.  Nutrionist said 130 lbs. would be good for me but we'll wait until I get there. Afterwards I'll decide if I want to do the other five pounds.
  • in 2011 I weighed in the one teens. Then in 2012 I weighed in the one seventies. For the last ten years off and on bulimia has been an issue, binging, vomiting, over exercising or never exercising all in its own phase.
