I don't have gym clothes, plus with my crazy hours, I rather just go to the gym right after I work. If I go home, then I know I won't leave the house. So here's to starting off a new week with a set plan.

Worked out twice, frustrated cause my trainer has been on vaca--not completely an excuse cause I coulda signed up with another. I did for next week though, it's getting outta hand!
Best part of the week- walking my dog in this great weather
Worst part of the week--when I over ate last night, it made me feel bad about myself and it just wasn't worth it.

Been a while since I've written. Just lazy. I've been doing so so. Started my garden today. I still trying to lose those last 5 lbs. I lose then gain. Its like a roller coller but then again what do I expect when I can't get my eating under control. Oh well, I'll just keep trying.
