    I just found this website tonight and thought it was pretty cool. I like the idea its free because money is pretty tight here. I never realized how many calories i was eating til i plugged in todays (btw today was 2790 cals!!!) Starting tomorrow I will stay between 1650-1750. I hope I can do this and not quit like I usually do. Wish me luck :)...

    so far it hasn't been bad. I lost a lot since I first started. Yesterday ws another two pounds and today was only one. I think I am at the 1 to 3 pounds per week mark now. I hope it keeps coming off and I make it to the planned goal of 135 lbs.

    always seems to be the hardest but the most satisfying. Then it will be the first 5 pounds and so on. My struggle has always been maintaining, especially when walking/driving past a Coldstone Creamery! Here's to that FIRST POUND! ( I am patting myself on the back ever so lightly ...
