    I'm still trucking along slowly.  I've been able to lost 13 lbs since June by not eating at night which I've learn not keep it in the house. My back continues to give me fits but I keep going.  I have to. I'm not one to just sit around.

  • It's been a while since i've used this app.  I tried a new eating plan and got away from using a food journal and a scale.  And while I had great success with this plan, after  six months of being off it,  I find the weight just keeps creeping up.  So I'm back.  I'm hoping to lose about 15 to 20 pounds by the start of fall.
