  • Still working towards my Goals. Cool weather is coming, enjoying the Fall weather.   Mountains are not moved in a day, but by removing one stone at a time. Small changes one day at a time.
  • The past two weeks I've ditched my program--not good.  I have not gained any or lost any weight.  I am getting with the program again starting today.  Working on the next fifteen pounds (little steps lead to big success).
