  • It's been a while since i've used this app.  I tried a new eating plan and got away from using a food journal and a scale.  And while I had great success with this plan, after  six months of being off it,  I find the weight just keeps creeping up.  So I'm back.  I'm hoping to lose about 15 to 20 pounds by the start of fall. Wish me luc...
  • I have even kept a spreadsheet of calories in/calories off and according to my spread sheet I should be at 156.1 in weight, however since May 11 I have only lost .6 lb that is SIX TENTHS OF A POUND,  that is a LITTLE TINY MICROSPIC BIT MORE THAN ONE HALF< YES ONLY HALF HALF HALF ONLY A HALF OF A's been OVER A MONTH and I LOST ONLY 6 10ths of a pound...WTF????????  ...
