  • It's been a while since i've used this app.  I tried a new eating plan and got away from using a food journal and a scale.  And while I had great success with this plan, after  six months of being off it,  I find the weight just keeps creeping up.  So I'm back.  I'm hoping to lose about 15 to 20 pounds by the start of fall. Wish me luc...

    Still continue to have problems eating at night.  I know that if I don't eat after going to bed I won't gain weight and lose some. But I find it difficult to do.
  • I have even kept a spreadsheet of calories in/calories off and according to my spread sheet I should be at 156.1 in weight, however since May 11 I have only lost .6 lb that is SIX TENTHS OF A POUND,  that is a LITTLE TINY MICROSPIC BIT MORE THAN ONE HALF< YES ONLY HALF HALF HALF ONLY A HALF OF A POUND...it's been OVER A MONTH and I LOST ONLY 6 10ths of a pound...WTF????????  ...
