I've just found out after wearing a pedometer all day that I only walked 1582 steps. I have got to get going on my goal of 2K on my way to 10K/day.

Linbeth - how do you add the number of steps to the diagram above?

on average I walk about 5500 steps at work, still working on building to 10,000
