Workout routine comments

I had a THR (total hip replacement) 2 years ago.I joined a gym 3 months ago.

I just had a total knee replacement on my left leg, 2 yrs ago had the right leg done..its only been three weeks since I had this surgery. I need a plan to help me strengthen this leg. Besides physio which I am already doing only twice a week, I need something to do at home. Any suggestions??

I have a torn meniscus - I would like to run but can't how about station or even outside biking?
