Description

Workout routine comments

Hi, I am trying to get in shape. I was in shape in high school but i lost it after that. I just had knee surgery in august so I'm needing to find a routine that will give me results without killling my knees while I finish healing.

Hi All, Had neck/upper back injury in Feb. so have been unable to exercise. Getting back on exercise wagon by meeting with a trainer so not to re injure areas. Will check back in after 1st meeting but want to tone & strengthen areas lost and lose at least 5 lbs. that I gained without exercising.
