Ok, now this is the real plan. The first step in my new fit lifestyle. Targeting my problem areas (thighs and lower abdomen) by using the elliptical 2X on day 1 of cycle for 0.25 Miles or 10 minutes (whichever takes longer) for each session (a total of 20 min and .5 mi each day 1 of cycle). Day 2? 6 MINUTE ABS! The AMAZING video I found on youtube that kills you in attempt to straighten out the soft parts of tummies :)
