The plan is based on walking at a moderate pace of 3 MPH on a level, firm surface. Using the average step total of 2000 steps per mile, at this pace you will cover 3 miles / 6000 steps per hour and 21 miles / 42,000 steps per week.

Workout routine comments

Been walking. Need to get more aggressive with exercises. Lost a lot of weight and have a flabby belly, legs, arms.

Don't know what happened used to be in great shape until my 3rd child. Now I gotta get movin. I wanna lose 47lbs. by Oct. 24th. I do maintenance so if I stay off my but I might be able to walk 4 hrs. a day. My problem is eating on the run. It's gotta stop also eating just before bed. Soo bad!

have to get back on the right track i have lost 82 lbs gain some lbs back love to walk . but need to increase the distant, i'm ready to get my walk on i do not want to get back the weight that i took off. i have my motivation, determination, and will power back i'm ready.
