Workout routine comments

I have a great treadmill just need a buddy to touch base with. My work hours make it hard to have a buddy in person. I hope being reliable to someone other then myself would be help. Starting today

I have not workout since I got out of the army in 2004. This is going to take some getting use to all over again. Wish me luck.
