Description

I own all of the Just Dance games for the Wii system. I don't like to just follow an instructor on a screen, therefore dancing along to songs i know is a much easier and realistic way to tone my body while having fun and being silly. 30 minutes of Just dance on the wii burns approx. 530 calories for me. it depends on you height/weight ratio, though. DANCE IT OFF!
