Description
I need to get back in the gym for my health. Being diagnosed with hyperglycemia and trying to get pregnant causes doctors to worry a bit. So I'm going to concentrate on cardio workout for general fitness. Eventually I want to work in strength training. For now, just get back in the swing of things. The added bonus is by me starting now, I will be able to continue working out through my pregnancy since my body will be used to the workout. Being over 30 causes you to take the big picture into consideration. Basically I just want to have some general good habits and decrease my chances for developing diabetes. I also want to lose weight for mental health and physical health.
