Joining Jazzercise has been such a transformation in my spirits going to class 4 days a week being greeted by Fun like minded motivated woman has helped me keep on track. The workout consists of dance moves, lunges, squats, kickboxing, weight resistance & floor work for ads, butt & thighs. I will keep this up Im so Proud of myself for doing this & I know it will pay off soon!
