Wii Just Dance 3 Sweat It Out Extreme Edition
You don't pick the songs you just go to the Just Sweat option and play until it has been about an hour to an hour and a half. If you really do the moves with your whole body and put everything you have into the song you are dancing to, you will be sweating by the end of the second or third song. Continuing after those songs and doing more songs is all the better! It is the best way I have found to work out because the songs are awesome and I love to dance. It really makes time fly when you are doing it because you are having fun while you exercise and can have friends and family join in too! Good luck!
