This is a 30 day work out for beginners trying to get into shape and keep their body healthy. It is designed to help tone and strengthen your body as well as helping you loose weight (with proper nutrition balance as well) 

If there is something you physically can't do or you find yourslef unable to do as much that's ok do what you can and take rests when you need to it's not about sticking to the schedule stricktly it's about getting your body moving and getting into shape while knowing your bodys limits.
