Workout routine comments

I am new and will be trying to customize something becauuse I have bad knees and a rotator cuff tear that the doctor wants to wait to operate. I need strengthening exercises.

I just learned of this site and I'm tying to see how I can use it. I'm looking for a workout to get in shape and shed some pounds. I've had two back surgeries. I can't run or do any exercises that require twisting or heavy lifting. site seems to have plenty of exercises that I can do. Wish me luck!!

I just learned of this site and I'm tying to see how I can use it. I'm looking for a workout to get in shape and shed some pounds. I've had two foot surgeries the lasted a foot fusion. I can't run or do any exercises that pound my foot. Anyone out there have any suggestions?
