USP Lab Oxyelite, Anabolic-pump, Prime and pink magic. This training routine will be based on getting cut as hell. All excercises are 2 sets with 25-30 repetitions. The order is a little reversed but is designed to maximize muscle group usage and 100% failure of each muscle for extreme muscle growth and maximum fat-loss.
