Workout routine comments

Just don't give up! Everything helps. The more you do - the more you will be able to do :) Hope that made sense. I have been walking a mile everyday in my neighborhood (lots of hills) this week and have done some arm exercises w/ 3 lb. dumbbells. Keep up the good work!

I am very new to excersing, just had a baby and am breastfeeding. I have lost weight while feeding her, but am severely overweight and can't diet. So I decided to start off slow and then work my way up. Wish me luck!!!!
