Snow storm last night had to run on the treadmill 5k. That brings the total to 578.5. Time to go do some snowblowing.

Wow its -42 with the wind chill our first cold week this winter. Yeppers treadmill 5k today.

We are getting warmer -23 and no wind chill today :) Ran 5k this morning. All this running I just about lost that 10 lbs only 2 left.

This was the worst weekend of my life, had to say goodbye to my best friend. She was a 16 year old cocker spaniel. We had her since 7 weeks She went mountain biking, boating, running, it didn't matter what I did she was up for the task. Ran 5k today.
