So had my weigh in this morning, I am 3lbs down from last week. Feeling pretty good.

Monday's works for me!
My actual weigh-in day is Saturday. By also having a Monday will keep my weekends on track!

I started the same goal on the first to lose 10 in 10 weeks so you can count me in. My weigh in day is wed. because I take measurements too and that when I got the tape measure. I started on the 1st at 167lbs and as of my last wieght check I was 164lbs. Will check in again on wed good luck every one.

I'm in as well.
I have been going strong at working out since the beginning of the year, but the diet has been the hard part for me. Also, the more I lift weights the less I see myself lose (at least not quickly), but 1lb. a week is ideal and I know I can achieve it. I will check in a few times a week.

Scale going the wrong direction!!!!!
Changing my weigh-in day to Monday's (for this group) because I'm on a weekday schedule but even after 9 days since my last weigh-in I've gained 1.5 pounds. Margarita? Thinking not so much now.... Muscle gain??? Perhaps......... I've been "work'n it" in many different ways and I've started (yesterday) adding protein powder to my diet to help supplement what I lack in my food. I've gotta remember, it takes muscle to burn fat! I am NOT giving up!! *Pointing fork toward the heavens.......* "FORGE AHEAD!!!!!"

the right direction
I lost 1 lb this week. At 213 and a bunch to go. At least I am heading in the right direction and still not smoking too.
