Hi everyone! Just wanted to check in - how was today? I am doing great ~ one day at a time... the temptations are there but it is the end result I have to keep in mind! Congrats to all that down already!

I'm In, Too
I started on Dec 31 at 195 lbs. Today I was down to 193.6, so 1.4 lbs lost and 8.6 more to go! Good luck everyone!

i want to join the challenge
I am brand new to this site as of today. Having this challenge will help me stay focused even if I do not hit the 10lb mark by the 31st. I would love to hit it before my birthday February 10th.

My workout schedule is good, but I can't seem to get my snacking under control. Which we all know means I'm not going to lose any weight. I'm back to where I started :-|. Trying to stay on the path today. Wish me luck.
