10 lbs in 10 weeks - Week 10
Starting weight 175 - current weight 171. Well, today is the last day of this 10 week challenge. Although I didn't make the challenge, I am still feeling the excitement of loosing the 20 pounds I put on last year. It took me 6 months to loose it but I did it!!! Yeah for me!! Recently I have not been journaling my food OR exercising and have found that I'm fluctuating between 171 and 173. I am not dissappointed with this because it tells me I'll be able to maintain and still enjoy life. Hats off for Velda for running half a marathon!!!!!! That is an accomplishment to be PROUD OF !!!!!! WooWooWoo!!!

Congrats to all of you
Hey, keep up the great work. You and Velda are doing terrific. I am glad to see that you can maintain weight without having to journal or exercise. Enjoy the summer and I bet you will lose slowly and surely.

Week 10
Still riding the high of my half marathon run I am glad to report a total loss of 9.2 lbs in ten weeks. Although I didn't reach my goal, a loss is a loss and I just ran half a marathon which was my greater goal. I will be sending a thankyou letter to my Dr, who 8 months ago surgically rebroke and repinned my ankle. I never thought I would walk properly let alone run. Great feeling.
So with 9.2 lbs gone and a final weight of 207.8, lets go another 10 weeks and get me under 200 lbs.

I'm in.......
For the moment, I'm not trying to lose. If anything, at least this will keep me doing a weekly weigh in and if I see myself gaining, then I'll be able to nip it in the bud for the next week. Count me in girl!!!!
