Beginning weight 175 -- Current weight 172
Still going in the right direction... yeah!!!!! I tell you what... to lose 1 pound per week is a real test of patience!!! So far... so good. I'm not giving up!!!!

Beginning weight: 142 -- current weight: 141
at least it's not going up. i've kinda plateaued now. it's only week 4 though. 6 more to go!

Day 2...better yet
Day one was not what I had expected. I did not do well following my menu plan. I ate lots of extra unplanned carbs and as a result had a very sluggish day. I did take the time at the end of my day to log everything that I did eat down. I was amazed at how much it took for me to remember everything. I was about 500 callories over my menu plan :( But at least it was written down. I now have tomorrows (5/11)menu planed and will strive to follow it better than I did on 5/10. If each day can be better than the day before, all I have to look forward to is up. :) I will try to exercise tomorrow, we shall see. Hope everyone has a great day!!!
