10 lbs in 10 weeks - week 8
Week 8 - total loss is 7.2 lbs. Two weeks and 2.8 to go - and I'm sure I'll reach the goal. Haven't loss great numbers still, but a loss is a loss. I keep trying to change my workouts but am convinced that this lack of loss is a gain in muscle. I should check my measurements.

Beginning weight 175 - current weight 171
Well.... I have a wonderful vacation with my sister and we enjoyed lots and lots of YUMMY food. Although I didn't lose, get this.... what I gained during the week I've lost!!!! Unbelievable!!!! So as it stands, there is 2 weeks to go and I've got to lose 6 pounds to meet the challenge. Well, I'm going to be realistic and say I'm not going to meet this goal but that doesn't mean I'm going to give up. Velda, you are doing FABULOUS!!! Congrats on your successes and keep up the good work!!! After this is over, you wanna go at it again??? Taking these baby steps (a pound a week) sure does help keep me focused without being overwhelming when looking at the bigger picture. What do you think?? OH, btw.... thanks for posting yesterday!! I'm running a bit slow... lol
