Lazy Sunday!!
Hi Ladies,
I'm having a pretty lazy sunday today. Did some painting, prepared dinner now i'm just watching The Perfect Storm for the umpteenth time LOL. Have'nt done any exercise at all just no interest in it and I know it will help big time. I just want to get all the jobs done that I keep putting off before I can get interested in that.
Sheena, I'm on the Island. Victoria. Thats why I asked. I was in the Superstore yesterday and forgot all about the tea LOL. Hope you are not coming down with something. Well, should get back to my chores.
Take Care, Cat.

Lazy Weekend!
Yah Superstore has a whole bunch of PC tea but the chocolatey chai caught my attention. Actually I'm having a cup right now! lol, you should check it out though the next time you go, maybe write it down on the grocery list.

This entire weekend I haven't felt like doing anything, maybe it's the change in the weather...who knows...it seems no matter what my whole "healthy lifestyle" goes out the window on weekends. Oh well, I've got a year to figure it out, maybe I'll find a way for weekends to be productive.

Its not all bad
Hey Sheena,
The last time I lost weight successfully I only stuck with it Monday to Friday. The weekends were for partying LOL. I think thats what kept me going knowing that I only had to be 'good' during the week and could splurge at the weekends. I'm not exercising either :( busy doing all the jobs that i've put off forever so not finding the time. Tired tonight had a really bad nights sleep last night (yawn) no energy now. Need to do some chores though so will get on.
Cat.

Hi Ladies,
Well Done Teresa!! your weight is dropping nicely.
I'm down another 2lbs so 8lbs total if I can drop another two in the next week i'll have made the first 10lbs (yaaayy) I want some of those kettle bells but they are expensive so will have to make do with the dumbbells that I DON'T use LOL. Played on the Wii wednesday night, golds gym boxing :) its quite the workout and fun will do it again today. How is everyone else doing? Sheena how are you? Well lots to do so see you soon. Cat.

Rough Time
I've only lost 5lbs so far and I dropped that pretty fast so I don't know if that was "real" weight. I don't think I'll be able to get to that 10lb mark. *pouts* I'm on the right track but I think it's my diet that is screwing me up. I've been working out pretty much every day, it's just whenever Warren is home it's hard to eat properly. He never wants what I want or plan to make so we eat breakfast late, and a big one...then we skip lunch so by dinner time I'm starving and we order out or go to a restaurant. I told my friend Rinrin that I'll just take over my kitchen and make whatever I see fit to make and he better eat it, and like it! lol. Oh well, I'll straighten things out, it'll be fine.

You go girl!!
LOL Sheena,
Yeh you take over your kitchen. I know what its like, when I was dieting last time i'd make different meals for myself and hubby talk about hard work! Now I just have smaller portions of the same meal and its working plus I substitute things so he doesn't know its skimmed milk i'm using or there isn't butter in there hehe. It must be nice to order out and go to restaurants but save yourself some money and start cookin'. Good Luck. Cat

Temper Tantrum
Yah, I started taking control over my kitchen lol...gotta say, it sure didn't go over well at first. It's funny how men can act like little children...well maybe not funny, more sad really. lol, but last night he didn't want grilled chicken with baked potato and veggies so he stood in the rain to use the BBQ lol he made some really good salmon (that he caught himself). I figured since he's standing in the rain pouting over his salmon I would make some roasted potatoes and esparagus to go with it. It turned out to be a really good dinner. OH and I made homemade wheat/fax dinner rolls to go with it.

He's starting to come around to my "you get what you get and you better like it" kitchen motto. But I've noticed that he's been making trips to the corner store to buy chips and pepperoni sticks *rolls eyes* I keep telling him that if he brings that junk in the house I'll make him take couples yoga with me...that worked :)

Hopefully the scale will starting going down again by the end of this week.
