Good call with the job they didn't make a good impression at all. Anyway who wants to work once a month i'll keep my fingers crossed for the other one Hey, I like your 'novels' LOL they are an interesting read I think the Wii is fun but when he weighs me he says "thats obese!!" LOL. But I have got all the bells and whistles once when I made my goal weight hehe. I've got my Personal Coach too on someones recommendation tried it once and didn't like it also I don't really give them a chance it was the same with the Biggest Loser and Ea Sports Fitness as well. But, I decided i'd spent good money on them so I HAD to at least give them a chance so i'm currently doing the 30 day challenge on EA and guess what? it isn't so bad at all LOL. I didn't like the lunges at first and thought 'Ooooh this ISN'T fun' but after day 3 i'm kind of getting used to it its only 30 minutes so not so bad. Looks like i'm writing a novel too!! Oh yeh managed to lose half a pound this week so glad to see that and not a gain. Bye for Now `~ Cat.

Oh boy!
I like the novels. It's nice to learn a little about each others lives. Makes it more real over the internet. Regular people working towards common goals.
I worked everyday this week and all but one last week and now I have a whole weekend off (a very rare occurrence for me). I'm excited. I allowed myself to splurge on french fries and whiskey yesterday but I have plans to workout hard all weekend. It's funny how 3 months ago I would work 13/14 days and have no energy, eat terribly, and make excuses. Now I worked out over half of those days and came out of the stretch feeling positive. I hope I can hold on to this feeling!

Too hard on Myself
Hello everyone,

Well I'm glad you guys like my novels, I thought maybe they were too long and that people don't read them, maybe skim through it.

For the first month I really worked out like every day and once I skipped a day I think that it's all over so I don't work out for a week or two....that's what happened to me. I seem to have this "all or nothing" mantra going on in my head. My brain tells me that i'm doing good and to keep it up but my conscience tells me I'm horrible if I miss a day....I haven't worked out in quite a few days now and feel very discouraged.

On a postive note, my best friend had her baby yesterday! and guess what??? She broke the hospitals record in the largest baby ever delivered. Marcus weighs in at 13.5lbs....she could have had 2! I can't believe it. Jenn is okay and so is the baby but they had to stay overnight just in case. Man, I don't have any kids and don't know what giving birth is like....but wow, I really can't imagine having such a large baby. She's a stronger woman than I'm that's for sure lol.

What a Big 'un LOL
OMG!! what a whopper!! you're right SheenaH that is nearly two LOL.
I'm like that with the exercise too intended to do lots at the weekend but ended up doing chores instead tonight I went for groceries after work got home then my friend called so had a natter with her for about 20 mins after that I made dinner so no exercise again!! Grrr!! and once I stop its hard getting into it again. Anyway, i've blown the 30 day challenge don't think it lets you continue once you've broken the cycle so guess i'll go back to the boxing tomorrow night.
eyelovewoodart, (what a long name LOL) was going to abbreviate it but what to? anyway, hope you enjoyed your weekend but more importantly did you work out? one of us has got to hehe. I'm definitely going to exercise tomorrow. HIT me if I don't LOL. See ya!

I just didn't know what to use as my fitclick name so I used my email.

Sheena, that's the biggest baby I've ever heard of. I totally know what you mean by 'all or nothing.' I feel like I slack for a day or two, and it's hard to get back on again.

I ended up working out once this weekend, and I tried walking and jogging every once in a while. Bad idea, the next day I was so sore and I was too tired to work out. Decent work out yesterday, 10 min walk today... I have work and practice tomorrow, work and show Fri, recover Sat... watch my excuses go!

Lost no weight this week :( I feel like I did everything right. I worked out at the least 4 times and stayed within my calories all days but 1. I thought I'd have another good one like the last couple...... maybe I'm gaining muscle.... I hope so! Took my measurements yesterday so I can keep up with that. I really don't care how much I weigh if I look good :>

Hey Rachel thats a good idea taking your measurements SheenaH did that and lost 2" from her abdomen but she still thinks she isn't doing so well LOL. I haven't done many workouts at all this week have been really busy. I know, you're thinking excuses,excuses but really I have been hehe. My laptop conked out a couple of days ago so I had to make an unexpected purchase of a new computer today its wireless with a big touch screen been playing with it all afternoon trying to figure it all out LOL. It seems huge after being used to a laptop! I lost half a pound this week. I CAN do much better so i'd better stop messing about and plan a better week. Have a great weekend!!

Lost it last night!
Man oh man... I haven't gone so crazy since I started my dieting 2 months ago. I got drunk last night and ate french fries, mayonnaise, cookies, chicken confit, pudding, biscuits and probably more I've forgotten. It's like I lashed out on my diet and made up for 2 months of eating 1400 calories a day! Needless to say I woke up this morning hung-over and guilty. Although, the band did put on a good show, so there's a silver lining. :)
Cat, new computers are fun. I hope your enjoying it (even though unexpected bills are not fun.) Let's do it ladies! 3 work outs by next Saturday, no excuses!
I'm scared to weigh or measure today, so I'll let you know how that's going in a few. Have a great weekend.

LOL Rachel, that made me laugh don't know how many times i've done that its the booze heehee who could care less about dieting when you're *issed LOL. Now my laptop is out of commission I have no program to track my cals (don't want to use this one its time consuming and I haven't got the time (rolleyes) so thats gone out the window temporarily. I hope its just the battery and i've not shorted it out. I've ordered a new one so i'll see when it gets here.. I love this new computer is got windows 7 on it though and i'm used to XP. A few things are different and I don't like everything the other day I was playing around with the built in Cam you can put silly hats on. I even had smoke coming out of my ears and head LOL. I took a couple of pics then today when I signed into messenger my pic was on there!! (eek) I didn't want it there LOL so i've deleted it. I transferred all my pics here and it made two files one to share with others..grrr. I don't want that either if I want someone to see my pics i'll send them to them LOL.
Oh Well, i'll get used to it I guess. Hope the hangover goes away soon Rachel. Bye for Now.

Hi missing people heehee,
Well i'm happy to report that i've already done two workouts this week what about you?. C'mon Rachel it was YOUR idea after all LOL. I know i'm eating more than I should though with not tracking the cals this past week but i'm sure its not that bad. I know I'm nowhere near the 10lbs loss mark for this month thats a bummer but i'm determined to carry on
