22 and new to this
Hi everyone, i'm 22 and have been active my whole life. I am a dancer and have been always pressured to be thin and fit. Now after graduating I want to be happy again and not have my coaches tell me i'm fat or I need to tone up. I need help and motivation to eat healthy and get my ass to the gym. I hope to find one here on fitclick!

lol you must be pretty lean and fit, as for dancing salsas my area,
hi my names humberto and im here to help, first of all your a dancer so this workout routine should be no problem for you and second your coaches their just saying that so you can push you to work harder.
If you ever need help or need someone to talk to about the workout ort just chat i'll be willing to help you out ;)
