3500 calorie meal plans
I am trying to bulk up and need to eat around 3500 calories a day to-do so, and finding it really hard i don't have much time to prepare some of these like body-builder plans, anyone have any that are easy to stick to.

Weight loss shakes
My son needed to gain weight. In addition to his regular meals I had him drink a "weight loss" type shake. This (in addition to his meals, not as a meal replacement) gave him the additional calories with lots of vitamins and minerals.
Good luck!

If you're dedicated to the lifestyle then ultimately you're going to have to spend more time making food. Most of us cook in large batches and pack everything in tubberware/fridge so we don't have to cook everyday. I'll cook loads of chicken/steak at a time while boiling potatoes/yams/veggies, etc. and then store it. Also, and easy way to add in calories is to have table spoons of peanut butter throughout the day. Protein shakes with yogurt, fruit, etc. are a good way to go as well. Keep at it.

Easy blender...
Get yourself a blender
Dump in however many oats you need. 1/2cup typically = 27g carbs
Add protein powders (I like to mix whey and casein...usually 1/2scoop whey 1 scoop casein)
Add 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Add 2tbsp or more peanut butter
I use Calorie Countdown (like milk but only 3g carbs) and water...but just water is fine. I don't agree with milk but if you really need the calories I don't see why not...it's just loaded with sugar and sugar will make you fat.
Blend
It'll be 500-1000 calories depending on how much of each ingredient you put in it. Just customize it to your carbs/protein/fat needs.
But I agree...get some tupperware and cook big batches in advance.

yo
brotha, it aint about quantity, its about quality. 6 or 7 meals a day that include around 60 grms of protein every 2 - 3 hours should put you around 4000 calories. if you use the diet tracker on this site you should be able to dial your diet in.
