is it realistic to think i can go from 5'7'' 150-155 lbs of 18% body fat to 180 lbs at 10% body fat? I would like to achieve this within 6 months, but will accept 12 months. just curious if anyone has tried to achieve such a goal on your own or in any fashion or form?

im actully at 5.3% at 5'11, 195 on a good day you need to read up on some supplement i suggest you consult an expert or read up joe weider is my favorite. your going to want to do all the four basic movement sqauts deadlift bench press and military press for shoulder. oh and dont kid your self your probaly going to do better than that . hey you do knoe that sqauts is the one movement in the gym that will get your whole body bigger and deadlift is the only exersize in the gym that will get your whole body stronger have a solid foundation or your house will topple. oh and eat until you cant eat any more stay away from junk

It is truly conceivable to secure money on betting, I can say this from my own arrangement. I, close to the day's end, have been playing in a casino on this site for a truly lengthy timespan. It has such somewhere around a that it is even conceivable to play it from your telephone. Go to the site Raging Bull Casino http://www.metior.com.au/ and you will discover everything yourself.
