Cardio today
Started today with a 1 hour walk at 5am.
Just completed ab workout 10am.
Intend to hit treadmill and build to 20 min in zone 3 Heart Rate
this afternoon.
This is day 2 of 3, low carb dieting, >120g. carbs and > 20g sugar

What's happening
Laying low today and want to take a nap......but that means no points for exercising today... Maybe I will take a brisk walk... Would appreciate any points you can give me by responding to one of my post! Thanks
