walking
Can anyone tell me how to track a 1.5 mile walk. I am new to this and having a difficult time with the exercise tracking. I appreciate any help.
Thanks

1. Go to "fitness" tab press "workout tracker"

2. Under "Cardio Exercise" press "Add an Exercise"

3. Under "Search" type "walk". You will get various walking exercises. Pick the one you want. By clicking the +, (I suggest for a casual walk "walking (step/Day)" it gives the option to put distance and time of the steps you took.) Click done.

4. Under "Cardio Exercise" it will show up. By clicking (enter date & time) or (enter Steps) you can go from one to the other.

5. Enter your data on appropriate doted line.

6. Once you enter data click "save edits"

7. When you are compete with all exercises click "Submit Results"

I hope this helped I actually wanted to put screen shots in but it did not let me.
