Hi FitClick Nation. Our new Rewards Point System is now live. Here's how it works: 1) the Points you earn on FitClick are converted to Rewards Points; and 2) you may redeem your Rewards Points for any Reward offered (if you have enough points). Just go to your My Points page http://www.fitclick.com/www/misc/events/Points.aspx and click the "Redeem" link to browse all the Rewards.

If you redeem for rewards does it affect your standing in the points leaderboard?

@1144. Just click redeem to look at the offers, the points won't be deducted until you actually redeem them officially. I believe it must effect your standing on the leaderboard, but none of the offers take more than a few thousand points total, so you will still be up there even if you did take advantage of them. I just, for curiosity sake, clicked on my points last night and saw that there were ways to redeem points! I thought "How did I miss this?" I was flabbergasted, b/c several people had inquired previously about what the points were for, and most said "motivation" but now they can actually be used, neat-o! Several of the offers do require minimum purchases (one had a minimum of $75.00 on a $25.00 gift card), so nothing is really free, but good way to promote products and services that keep fitclick goin!

I see that there are 2 point totals... "Total All-Time" and Available for redemption. I am hoping that means All Time Points won't be affected by redemption and be used for leaderboard standing.

I hope it just affects our points to redeem.
