A plan without weights or machines?
Hey All,

I am looking for a workout plan that does not include weights or machines or exercise balls or anything like that.

I would really like a plan that just requires ME. I mean walking, jogging, push-ups, sit-ups or basically anything that doesn't require equipment.

I'm looking to loose the beer belly(its not really big but its noticeable) and get my upper body looking more defined.

I was thinking about jogging 30 mins a day and then doing as many push-ups, sit-ups and crunches as i can. Then repeating the next day, 5 days a week, Mon-Fri with weekends to recover.

If anyone has any ideas or a plan for me to follow please let me know.

I think those things will work for you - also add chin-ups - as many as you can do, and body-weight squats and lunges - jump squats to make it harder since no added weight, and walking lunges.

Also do plank and back extension holds on the floor.

I'd skip regular crunches, do bicycle crunches and toe reaches instead. Sit-ups are fine as long as you're not pulling with your hands behind your neck and don't have any lower back problems.

Hill sprints would be the best, most effective jogging to get quick fat loss: find a hill and sprint up it, then walk down. Repeat. Do that for 15-20 mins.

You should try some plyometric work as well!
