Achieved Goal #1
I am proud to say that I have achieved my first goal, I have lost a total of 32 lbs - the weight I gained since having surgery (broken ankle). I have set a new goal for myself and will update once I have achieved it. I have received great support from others on this site and am encouraged to keep going!

I like people who set goals for themselves. They have an incentive and desire to change themselves for the better.
