Actual Calories Burned
When I input my cardio exercises for the day it only goes into my target category and will not allow me to manually input in the actual category. Also, it says that "Actual Calories Burned will update when you hit the Submit Results button" but I don't see it. Can you help me locate it?? Thanks!

Hi,
I put my workout in the workout tracker area, push the save and update button and then the submit results. Total info can be found on the home tab. Hope this helps

Please note that you cannot submit results for workouts unless you have tracked all of your previous workouts. When logging into your account, your Workout Dashboard shows that you have workouts on July 27 and 28 that are missing their results. You will have to submit results for those dates before the system will allow you to submit results for the current date. Also, please remember that "Submit Results" will only appear after you've clicked "save and update."
