Adding Weight Excercises...
I am currently using the workout Basic Machines Workout for Beginners but want to either add weights excercises to the existing program or to start over and make my own program.
My questions is this: What is a basic workout program for machine weights for a week?
For Example:
Chest & Legs - Mon
Arms & Back - Tues
etc.
I would want to do cardio and abs everyday. Any suggestions?

Have you tried building an workout plan using the FitClick Select Track?
