Advice
What kind of leg or ankle weights are the best? I am finding the ones I have been using just dont stay in place. Its more of a workout to get the velco to stay together while heavy running or leg lifts. Any suggestions would be nice, thanks :)

Ankle Weights
I have an adjustable ankle weight made by Empi, which I bought from my physical therapist when I was rehabilitating from an injury. It's really well-made and works great for leg lifts and have no problem with the velcro keeping it on. I wouldn't use it for running, though. In truth, I've heard that it is dangerous for one's joints to run with ankle or wrist weights, so I avoid that.

You can probably find very good products at your nearby physical therapy center.

Ankle Weights
It is really bad for your ankle and knee joints to run with weights on you ankles. If it is any consolation, at one point I would cover the velcro on my old ankle weights (which I used for Martial Arts kick exercises, also rough on the joints) with duct tape. Best of luck!
