Advice
On Mondays I go into work at 1am and work till at least 5pm. I don't get to bed till at least 10pm. Should I still only eat 3 meals? I get really tired of good for you food on Mondays!!! You can only eat so many apples and bananas before you want something not healthy for you. Any ideas on how to eat being up that long?

Hey Cowgirl, no you are not limited to 3 meals a day! Matter of fact to speed up your metabolism you should eat 6-8 small meals a day (atleast every 3 hours) therefore you would never get hungry and will always have energy!

So how many calories should I try to stay with?

However many calories your body need subtract 500 calories from that and you will lose weight. For example if your body needs 2000 calories a day you would want to consume only 1500 calories
